Tell us about the space.

One meeting room or a building full of them — the first conversation costs nothing, takes as long as it needs to and is with someone technical.

Send us the outline.

You do not need a specification, a budget or a drawing. A couple of sentences about the room and what it has to do is enough for us to be useful.

Every enquiry gets a reply within one working day.

Rather talk it through?

Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm. You will get a person, not a menu.

Or put it in writing

Drawings, room photographs and existing specifications are all welcome.

What happens next

  1. Someone from the technical team reads it. It does not go into a sales queue.
  2. We come back within one working day, either with questions or with an outline approach.
  3. If it is worth a proper look, we survey the space at our own cost.
  4. You get a written specification you are free to compare, keep or ignore.
