The same faces, project after project
The person who surveys your space is part of the same team that supports it afterwards.
Experience without the layers.
Our sales and technical teams have been doing this long enough to have seen most of it. Continuity is why customers come back to us: you are not handed between departments, and the people who designed your system are the people who know it when you call.
The people you will actually deal with.
Between the seven of us there is more than ninety years in this industry. Three of us have over twenty years each, one has thirteen, and the three newest have more than twenty between them.
What that length of service buys you is mostly relationships. The manufacturers we buy from have known us for most of those years, which is why a difficult line or an awkward question gets a straight answer rather than a place in a queue. A good number of our customers have known us just as long, and have completed a number of projects with us during that time.
Every stage of it, in house.
These are the parts of a project that somebody has to own, from the first conversation about what a space needs to be through to the support years after installation hadover of your project.
We are a small team of specialists, so most of us carry more than one of parts. That is the point rather than a limitation: the person who surveyed your room is still involved when it is commissioned, and still recognisable when you ring about it.
Tell us about the space. We will take it from there.
We work with corporate, commercial, education, maritime and places of worship across the UK. We do not undertake residential or home cinema work.
