The whole job, or any part of it.
What a project needs from the first site visit to the years after handover, and each part of it available on its own.
Six services. Most people arrive for one.
A survey leads to a specification, a specification leads to supply, and supply leads to the years of support that follow. Each of the six stands on its own and can be bought on its own. They are considerably more useful together, which is how most of our work ends up running.
Below is what each one actually involves, rather than a line about it.
Before anything is specified, somebody stands in the room.
We come to the space and measure it properly: throw distances, sightlines from the worst seat as well as the best, what the daylight does across a working day rather than at the moment we happen to visit, what the structure will carry and where the power and data actually are.
Then we ask what the room is for. A space used for one presentation a month and a space used all day by whoever walks in and turns it on need different answers, and the difference shows up in the specification rather than in the brochure.
What comes back is a written recommendation with the reasoning attached to every decision in it. You can question it, price it against someone else, or hand it to another trade. That is the point of writing it down.
- Measured survey of the room
- Sightlines and daylight assessed
- Structure, power and data checked
- Written recommendation you can price
Getting hold of the right thing, including when that is difficult.
We buy directly from the major manufacturers rather than queueing behind a distributor. On everyday equipment that mostly buys you a fair price and a date you can build a programme around.
On the difficult and the allocated it is worth considerably more than that. When a line is short, an order placed through a direct account behaves differently from one placed through a reseller, and on a tight programme that is the difference between running and waiting.
We buy for the specification rather than for whatever is easiest for us to move, and we will tell you when the cheaper option is the right one. Lead times are confirmed before they can turn into your problem.
- Direct accounts with the major manufacturers
- Allocated and long lead equipment
- Lead times confirmed in writing
- Alternatives when a line is discontinued
The part nobody in the room should ever have to think about.
Behind most large images sits processing that has to be built around the room rather than adapted from a standard template: sources, resolutions, aspect ratios, and how several pictures become one continuous canvas with nothing visible where they meet.
Control is designed around how your team actually works, not around the equipment. The people using the room press one button. Everything that has to happen behind that press happens on its own, and nobody needs to know what any of it is.
We build and test the system before it goes anywhere near your building, then commission it in the room itself and record the settings. When something changes a year later, the starting point is a documented system rather than guesswork.
- Processing designed for the room
- Control built around your team
- Tested in full before it reaches site
- Settings recorded and kept on file
For when the requirement is real, but temporary.
Extended hire for fit outs, exhibitions, showrooms and interim installations, from one week upwards. Equipment is prepared exactly as it would be for a sale: configured, tested and delivered ready to work rather than boxed and left with you.
It earns its place when a building programme slips and a space still has to open, when a room is being trialled before anyone commits to it, or when the requirement is seasonal and owning the equipment makes no sense.
Hire can run into purchase where that works out better, and we will say so rather than let a hire quietly outrun what the equipment costs to buy.
- One week minimum hire
- Delivery, installation and collection
- Configured and tested before despatch
- Option to convert to purchase
Agreed terms and held stock, so a long rollout does not stall.
A rollout across many rooms or many sites has a different problem from a single installation. The equipment has to stay available and stay the same for as long as the programme runs, which can be years rather than weeks.
We agree terms at the start and hold stock against your schedule, so the thirtieth room is fitted with the same equipment as the first and a discontinued line does not force a redesign halfway through. Pricing holds for the term rather than moving with the market.
You call it off as sites come up, through one point of contact who knows the programme. Nobody has to explain the project again each time an order goes in.
- Pricing agreed for the term
- Stock held against your programme
- Called off as sites come up
- The same equipment in every room
Minutes from the airport, which matters more often than you would expect.
Our warehousing sits a few minutes from Heathrow. It holds stock for contract customers, gives us somewhere to prepare equipment properly before it goes out, and lets us despatch at short notice across the UK and beyond.
Preparing equipment here rather than in a live building takes the least predictable part of an installation off your site and out of your programme. What arrives has already been built, configured and run.
For work overseas the location does the rest. Freight forwarders, airlines and next day lanes are all on the doorstep, so a project in another country is a despatch decision rather than a logistics exercise.
- Stock held for contract customers
- Equipment prepared and tested before despatch
- Rapid despatch across the UK
- Straightforward routing for overseas projects
Six stages, and the same team through all of them.
- SurveyWe measure the room and record sightlines, light, power and what the structure will take, then write it up.
- SpecificationWhat goes where and why, as drawings and a schedule you can price, question or hand to another trade.
- ProcurementOrdered against your programme, with lead times confirmed before they can become your problem.
- InstallationFitted to the drawings, cabled and commissioned, and the room left clean.
- HandoverSettings recorded, documentation issued, and the people who will use it shown how, in the room itself.
- SupportMaintenance, spares and answers, for as long as the installation is in service.
Tell us about the space. We will take it from there.
We work with corporate, commercial, education, maritime and places of worship across the UK. We do not undertake residential or home cinema work.
